Thanks for the suggestion! Do you have an example file you could share the shows the structure you are working with? I'm not sure I'm familiar with what you mean by "groups" and having a file I could open would be helpful.
The names are currently generated based on component and body names. If you select a component for export, the name of the component (and any sub-components) will appear in front of the names of the bodies that are part of that component. But if you select the bodies directly for export, only the body name shows up. I should probably find a way to make the name consistent regardless of how you select the items to export.

This would be a welcome addition in my opinion.
