Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some new characteristics are missing in bluetooth_gatt.h for Battery Service 1.1 the released 2022-12-20.

Describe the solution you'd like Update the battery service to latest revision 1.1.

Describe alternatives you've considered Propose new constraints in the GATT header file.
