Update instructions for new annotation processor type #186

As of Gradle Android Tools version 2.2.2, you can use annotationProcessor instead of having to rely on the 3rd party apt plugin. This allows for easier instructions in the README

Any thoughts on this? I am not really sure why the CI would fail since it is just a README change

It's probably related to the master branch technically being behind development atm, which is why the actual latest version 1.3.7 isn't advertised in the README. It definitely works on development, so I guess it's okay to disregard that here.
