NR neighbor cells being reported as LTE B252 #19

When connected to LTE, the OS is reporting NR neighbor cells as LTE band 252 cells on some devices. Channel numbers correlate to NR frequencies. Need to identify as NR for band calculation, site note, and distance.

Workaround confirmed to resolve the issue and will be included in next public release. This is an Android bug and a "+1" on it will help attract attention for it to be properly fixed at the OS level: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/253539094

Resolved in version 4.73, released today.
