Use namespace .ctzn in API #45

I think the CTZN API should be shared with the already implemented webserver, so you can have your blog in your domain.com and share the same domain with your CTZN server.

To keep this far from URL conflicts, the URL of the APIs should be preceded by the a namespace. I suggest .ctzn

Info: matrix protocol does that, prefixing all the api with _matrix
