letting global variables now hold/reference global state

closes #3

• changed LEVEL_INDEX and SCORE_GLOBAL to modifyable (let instead of const)
• replaced all instances of level.value and score.value to just references to the global values
• this will let all reference pull from the global values no matter what scene you are in
