Does any plug-in to Intellij Idea Community Edition IDE 2019.3 cause this? I could not manage to re-edit code for python... and then it is solved. I didn't understand the case.. is this normal?

i use idea, and webstorm , didn't see this happen

and do u installed nodejs plugin?
