Suggestion: Soulcalibur 1 Flycast Ranked #53

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No.

Describe the solution you'd like Soulcalibur 1 to be included in ranked options for flycast, now that flycast has ranked matches. It's probably the most consistently populated game to not get ranked, to the extent I was surprised some games that did get it got it before SC1.

Describe alternatives you've considered ...truthfully, I like Plasma Sword and Giant Gram 2000 a whole lot more, and would happily take ranked in either of those instead. ;) But I recognize those games are not as popular.

Additional context That's it. I saw your post here (https://x.com/blueminder/status/1810812778166559201) about submitting issue requests for game additions, so I thought I'd do so here since SC1 is a dreamcast favorite for a lot of people.

Right now, I've only been doing score tracking on arcade games, but Dreamcast games will be a good next step. I'll add hunting down the relevant memory addresses for this to my TODO list, but if any game modders want to speed it up, I would happily accept others hunting for those addresses so I can work on the code from there.
