Legend checkboxes deprecated in TeeChart #122

I tested updating TeeChart from 4.2022.8.23 to 4.2023.8.31 and saw that legend checkboxes disappeared. According to the support forums, they have been deprecated: https://www.steema.com/support/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=17874&p=79372&hilit=checkboxes#p79372

This feature is very important for the usability of Wave. We need a solution...

Last version with working legend checkboxes is 4.2023.4.18

This TeeChart release [2024.2.9] does seem to work for Wave, and even has the old legend checkboxes. But due to issues with recent TeeChart updates, our TeeChart license has not been extended. For a summary of reasons, see here.

Using this new version would result in "evaluation version" watermarks in all charts. So I'll hold off on upgrading for now and continue trying to implement the awesome Scottplot library as an alternative (see #134).
