I added package to composer: bluemoehre/flac-php. Register there and I'll make you a maintainer.

Thanks for adding it there. Since this repo is a little bit old, I will try to update it within the next weeks.

I changed url of repo at https://packagist.org/packages/bluemoehre/flac-php, now need your registration there to make your a maintainer. And don't forget to set-up hook for packagist.
