Issue: Feature Request: SRTLA Support

Support the SRTLA Protocol, SRTLA is like SRT but with Link Aggregation (LA).. so you can use multiple connections at the source, split the feed then have the server put them all together again into a single SRT feed, it is used with the BELABOX software, IRL Pro App for Android and Moblin App for iOS.
