Issue solved.
The marked fields were not installed due to some dependencies when i build inside a docker.
apt install libgtk2.0-dev pkg-config
apt-get install libdc1394-22-dev libdc1394-22 libdc1394-utils
apt-get install libavcodec-dev libavformat-dev libavutil-dev libswscale-dev libavresample-dev
apt install libgstreamer1.0-dev libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev

When reading a rtsp and wrtiing the frames to Videowriter(), then getting error

Installed the opencv with gstreamer by using the steps provided in the README.md. Steps used to install opencv with gstreamer support:

Tried running the sample python script from the README.md which uses the opencv Videowriter() object with mediaserver, Its working as expected. Made small changes to the program where it read a RTSP and wirte into media server. But getting error. Even the error when i tried to read a image and display it. rtsp2mediaserver.py
