VideoWriter() error: GStreamer-CRITICAL **: 19:25:23.138: #3093

Describe the issue

When reading a rtsp and wrtiing the frames to Videowriter(), then getting error

(python:113609): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: 19:25:23.138: 
Trying to dispose element pipeline0, but it is in PAUSED instead of the NULL state.
You need to explicitly set elements to the NULL state before
dropping the final reference, to allow them to clean up.
This problem may also be caused by a refcounting bug in the
application or some element.

Installed the opencv with gstreamer by using the steps provided in the README.md. Steps used to install opencv with gstreamer support: image

Tried running the sample python script from the README.md which uses the opencv Videowriter() object with mediaserver, Its working as expected. Made small changes to the program where it read a RTSP and wirte into media server. But getting error. Even the error when i tried to read a image and display it. rtsp2mediaserver.py

Issue solved. image

The marked fields were not installed due to some dependencies when i build inside a docker.
