Playback video is not supported on Apple devices #3350

Which operating system are you using?

Describe the issue

Related to https://github.com/bluenviron/mediamtx/issues/3313 Apple devices can't play recorded video in native video html element. Tried with Safari and Chrome, fmp4 and mp4 formats. Same url works fine on Windows and Android.
