There is a problem with the way the gateway interprets the order number.
It takes, namely, order_id parameter instead of order_number what leads to problems when someone uses a plugin tweaking WooCommerce order numbers. I.e. clients can fall into confusion why the order number (id) in the email from Blue Media does not match the number received from the store.
Would you consider changing that behaviour by
Switching the plugin to pass WooCommerce order_number instead of order_id
or adding an option to the plugin to have a choice whether we want to track order_id (default) or order_number
or use both parameters in your system calling them appropriately: Order number and Order ID? (in emails etc.)
