About tab text box bug #173

The text box for the licensing information is malformed textbox bug This is how it should look how it should look

This was seemingly introduced with 3.0.16 which updated Qt to 5.15.10 (and still present in 5.15.11). FWIW the issue goes away when you click on the 'Tor' tab and then go back to 'About' which is really cool and sensible.
