The first message after each launch does not get sent #48

image Both users were online when they each sent "test", however neither user received it. To reproduce:

  1. Launch 2 instances of ricochet (whether it be different devices or a VM)
  2. Send a message from A to B
  3. Send a message from B to A
  4. Neither A nor B will have received a message
