Attachment download UX is confusing users #85

We shoudl replace the download arrow with a more universally recognizable icon, and add tooltips to the buttons.

Feedback from a user

Yes, but terrible interface. The R window with the file coming showed "i". When I clicked, on then i (no indication that I needed to do this)), a save window popped. up. So I saved h file. But there was nothing guiding me to do this. Why should I click on "i" when the file still seems to be transferring, and I'll prob mess up the transfer if I start clicking on it.
