Support for cancel_class definition #13

Hey,

this pull request adds the ability to define additional cancel classes for the cancel button. I have also updated the readme to reflect these changes.

Since there is no test suite it might be good to double check if this change breaks something.

Awsome! Thanks for supporting this gem.

I've did some testing if Jasime would be a easy way to test this, but for now it remains in the jasmine-branch.
