Major Updates #8

Made many changes to the structure, added Shim and Theme Variables, added PIE functionality for IE support, and many other items, many of which still need work.

Sean and I are going to setup a call with you regarding this pull request. However, for now, I'm going to close it. Then, after we talk to you, we'll have you submit your pull request against the Develop branch.

Sure thing. Again, there is still things that need to be done, so its not a done deal. I also have to update to 2.1.0 as well.

I just updated the bootstrap submodule to v.2.1.0. as well. Thanks!

Have you done any modifications to the Mura elements though? (display objects, etc)

Not in over 2 months.

K, that's what i noticed here, just want to make sure we're not making the same or simliar changes. :)
