wifi-manager: can't reconnect to wifi network after being underwater #1141

@Williangalvani raised this problem He noticed that after spending some time with his ROV underwater, he could not get a wifi connection anymore, until rebooting the vehicle.

Apparently the problem started after the introduction of the hostpot feature.
