frontend: The highlighting color on the tutorial is too subtle and the element blinking should last longer #1335

Current behaviour

Currently, the highlighting color for the tutorial elements is a light shade of blue and the blinking of the elements lasts for a few seconds only.

Expected or desired behaviour

As suggested by a user, it should be be bright yellow (maybe postit yellow).

Also, the blinking time should be increased, maybe permanent for that tutorial page.
