bug: Tutorial, even when closed, still running, highlighting items and taking action over the menus

Bug description

When using other features of cockpit and pressing 'enter' and 'esc' keys, the menus are being highlighted and even opened, closing what the user was currently doing.

Steps to reproduce

Open any multi line text field and keep pressing 'enter'
