Added a check to prevent the video library from opening while a video is being recorded.
Added a dialog to alert the user about it;
Modified the InteractionDialog component so it now has pre defined variants with icons and is more friendly to plain text messages.

Instead of preventing the library from opening, the videos that are under recording state are being filtered from the library
