Ping360 support #267

This upgrades the ping_enumerator.py to detect both devices and creates ping360_socat.py, which keeps a screen+socat session openn for each connected Ping360.

Requires unmerged updates to ping-python

Note: Right now this does not allow plugging/unplugging the sonar after boot
