Investigate mavproxy high cpu usage #313

mavproxy is using 100% of a single core, resulting in a huge delay of mavlink messages.

This is fixed with --streamrate 10, correct?

I think we should keep this open and think of another fix. Fast telemetry streaming is great for user experience.

FYI, one of the ideas for GSOC was to have someone improve mavproxy's performance
