Tony (cant remember his github id) reported that his companion was assigned both 172.16.4.226 172.16.4.201 at the same interface after:

Edited camera and mavproxy page to point at his laptop
Set it to dhcp client in network page
Edited static-ip.conf to point to address vehicle seemed to have gotten via dhcp on my network"
