updating from pre - 0.0.17 has issue with autopilot serial device path #373

mavproxy will still look for the old pixhawk identifier under /dev/by-id instead of /dev/autopilot

The issue will be that autopilot does not connect to QGC. workaround is to 'reset mavproxy defaults' at /mavproxy page
