Include cables with boards #29

Serial converters, and Fathom S should come with jumper wires and df13/gh connectors. We should provide all the cabling necessary to connect to any board interface on all of our products.

Do you think the new serial converters should come with header pins? Daniel and I have been discussing this. Our recommended uses will use the JST-GH connectors.
