Ubuntu w/LXDE - Merges System Tools menu into Preferences - 2.2.2 & 2.3.1 #187

Found MenuLibre when Alacarte refused to add new .desktop files on my Ubuntu 22.04 system with LXDE. Looks awesome & worked to add the few items I needed. Unfortunately, it also put the kabosh on my entire System Tools menu in a very weird way.

All of the items that were in the System Tools menu are now under the Preferences menu. While they are in alphabetical order, they are after the items that were in the Preferences menu, which are also in alphabetical order.

Tried adding one of the items from Preferences into the System Tools menu using MenuLibre and it worked... until I quit & started MenuLibre up again. Then the System Tools menu in MenuLibre was again empty. My menu still has the duplicate item on it though & there's no way to remove the duplicate entry in MenuLibre because none of these menu items are shown under System Tools or Preferences. :/

Further, the merged items, while they're on my menu in Preferences, do not show up in MenuLibre.

I tried version 2.2.2 from the Ubuntu repository that installs with apt as well as the latest 2.3.1 release - same behavior on both. Here are some screen shots to illustrate what I'm trying to explain.
