Update dependencies and add some tests

Hi,

I'm getting into tree-sitter. So far I only updated all dependencies and added some tests. When running tests with tree-sitter test I got some errors from the queries, so I made some changes there as well. I checked that syntax highlighting is still working for me afterwards.

• In commit 9b5ebc1 I added some more tests, eslint and modelled package.json after https://github.com/tree-sitter/tree-sitter-rust

• 956631d added github actions for linting and testing
