bug: the email input on the subscription form in the footer is cutoff on mobile #301

Describe the bug On my iPhone the email input in the footer is almost too small to see.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Visit the Bluesky homepage at https://blueskyweb.xyz/
  2. Scroll down to the footer
  3. Observe the email input is only covering a fraction of the width of the screen.

Expected behavior

The email input should span the width of the screen and the subscribe button should be on the line below.
