Denial of Service using of very large data into post JSON

Describe the bug Large garbage data can be submitted into a post record the Firehose via a custom PDS. This can cause crashes in feed generators and other servers that consume the Firehose if they cannot cope with the post size.

Specifically, a white hat hacker has been testing posts like this: To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use the official feed-generator template and set the cursor to 3720593000
2. In the sequence number 3720593856, a very large garbage data {evil: } has been inserted into the post's JSON.
3. Further on, multiple test posts from the same user error will trigger the error: "repo subscription could not handle message RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded"

Expected behavior Such posts should be rejected at the relay or the feed-generator template should explicitly define explicit parameters in cborToLexRecord to filter out such attacks.
