Right now, there's some incredibly frustrating ambiguity in some of Bluesky's labelling options:
Having both the overarching category labelled "adult content" and also having a sub-label be "adult content" means there's no way to tell whether the overarching category has been applied to your post or whether it's the specific sexually-explicit content label, making reports feel more inconsistent and difficult.
An optional solution to this would be to rename the category to "18+" and the label itself to "sexually explicit" - that way there's no ambiguity of which one applies to your post.
