This PR updates the README to reference the correct URL for getFeedSkeleton lexicon in atproto.com.

https://atproto.com/lexicons/app-bsky-feed#appbskyfeedgetfeedskeleton now results in a 404 error.

The correct URL is https://atproto.com/lexicons/app-bsky#appbskyfeed
