Recommend including an element here for "content intended to promote a violent terrorist group."
Defer to bluesky on how to implement, e.g. use GIFCT leads or something else. Defer also on complex free speech questions of how to draw lines here.
But clearly at a minimum want a, "yeah, we shouldn't allow al Qaeda recruiters on here" label.
