Give users the ability to manually flag their own posts with content moderation flags #1053

Automated content moderation will never be perfect. It will inevitably miss or even misidentify posts, and this is more prone to occurring when the post contains media like artwork, photos, or audio/video content.

Describe the solution you'd like

Simply, give users the ability to voluntarily flag their own posts with the same flags available to the content moderation filter. Provide these flags as toggles in the New Post window, and for retroactive flagging via the More… dropdown menu.

This could also provide an avenue for users to correct flags on posts that have been missed or misidentified by automatic flagging.
