I have some feedback that I think might make the thread function easier to read. There's language limit so I hope it can be understood.
Option to limit how many sub-replies shown. Eg. maybe I want to see replies, sub-replies, and sub-sub-replies, but sub-sub-sub-replies might be too overwhelming. Also how much posts of each category is shown (eg. only three sub-reply posts) with the rest is behind "more" button. This button perhaps should have different name or appearance with no 2 (see next) to avoid confusion (because one is a button below a thread, and the other is a button below a post).
Make the "more" button (below a sub-sub-sub-sub reply) easier to differentiate than the regular posts. Maybe use the same color for links, add background color like the "load more posts" button, or put it on the right side. I think no "more" button is also fine since you can just click the post, especially if this sub^4 reply only has sub^5 replies but no sub^6 ones (so there's no additional thread line inside). Or perhaps, only shows "more" if the original poster (OP) chimes in somewhere in the extended thread (might be too complicated).
I agree with this person the picture. It's nice to treat reply thread by the OP differently than reply by others. But it needs to be considered that if you shows other people's sub-replies right below each of these threaded replies made OP, It might interrupt the thread continuity. Maybe you can put those sub-replies behind "more", but instead of going to a new page, it just pops them up below the post.
Different colored lines. With a lot of vertical lines of similar color, when the thread is long it sometimes get confusing to track which part a reply belongs to. But it might not fit the minimalist UI concept.
Slight gap or thicker horizontal line between different reply threads. See this arrow here. Also, it might be better if the vertical lines don't touch this separating bar, because it looks like the thread is being cut unnaturally.
Add vertical line to the left of the sub-replies too. Or since it might be too much lines, add other design that better distinguish reply from subreplies. I think it's because the reply/repost/like icons of reply and subreply are aligned.
