It would be great if this wasn't limited to electoral and vaccines only (like some other social medias), because there`s a whole lot of ways to spread malicious and dangerous disinformation without being considered "fake news", and those accounts usually keep on going without moderation on other social medias. An example is some "health tips" or "life hacks" that could have dangerous results or side effects. Where I live, one of those "health tips" appeared on the local television and the next few days the hospitals got a huge amount of attendances because of the side effects related to this health tip.
I'm watching this issue closely; currently, Bluesky has fewer tools for navigating disinfo than Twitter in 2016 — which, given we're heading into a year where 41% of the planet is expected to cast a vote in an election, makes me extremely apprehensive as a journalist.
For those who believe in the flat Earth theory, news about the tilt of Earth's axis is considered disinformation. Similarly, when two countries are at war, news from the enemy country is often regarded as disinformation.

Would like to see a suggestion that acts in the similar manor that impersonation does- that if a user is spreading fake news, or disinformation, (potential election information since that is coming up), etc, would be a good way to flag at some kind of scale
