account.bsky.app should be more discoverable #2870

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

account.bsky.app to sign up using the Bluesky/Namecheap partnership is not very discoverable from the Change Handle link (which is, in itself, not super discoverable - maybe a 'change' link on the account list item?)

Describe the solution you'd like

A link to 'Register a new domain' should appear under 'I have my own domain' that goes through a flow that registers and associates a domain. This link should also be highlighted (maybe by replacing the 'Save' action with 'Register') if a user starts typing a handle with a '.' in it.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A link to account.bsky.app could just be provided in and around the change dialog

This was discussed (briefly) in this thread on Bluesky.

Definitely understand/appreciate the 'no ads' position in that thread - fwiw, my personal opinion is that a basic disclaimer (like "Bluesky receives referral income from domain registration through this form.") is more than fine and totally with the spirit of 'no ads' as the user is only offered the choice when they begin down a path that will inevitably spend money (with Bluesky or someone else).

This feature would also assist with bug report #2517 - as third party tools (that provide unsupported domains) are more discoverable than the account.bsky option and more often shared by users.

i think having it be more visible draws attention to the fact ppl can even change names to a website,
