Dim is not Dim #2957

Describe the bug

Testing out new Dark > Dim mode, the Dim background contrast is almost the same contrast as Dark mode.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Compare Dark and Dim mode
  2. Notice almost same level of contrast

Expected behavior

  1. A more significant change compared to Dark mode, with a lighter background color, a dark gray, such as #15202b

The type color may also need adjustment.
