Did not show up at all in my Notifications tab. I don't think this happens 100% of the time, but apparently it happens from time to time.
Describe the bug
Many mutuals and I have noticed that we seeminlgy randomly do not receive notifications from direct replies. This seems to happen a lot with this user for instance https://bsky.app/profile/daniellevaubourg.bsky.social When she replies or mentions me I never get any notification (but I do get them when she likes my posts). I'm not the only one with this issue, Here is a list of some accounts who can't interact with her, even when @daniellevaubourg.bsky.social mentions them and a link to a post where it happened:

And here is another user saying that she does not receive notifications when https://bsky.app/profile/jeandupond.bsky.social sends her a reply:
