Suggestion: avoid "Are you sure?" questions in confirmation dialogs

It is a common knowledge that using constructions like "are you sure" is a pattern that should be avoided. The reasons are:

• it's ambiguous (if used as a whole phrase in a title for example);
• instead of relaying a context that user could've missed, it just implies that user may not understand what they're doing;
• it doesn't add any value.
