We should potentially hide display names, and just show handles, in some moderation situations.
One example is posts in a thread where the posting account has labels on profile record (where the display name exists) or overall account, and the client preference would be to "warn" for the profile/account.
A specific use case would be hate speech in the display name. Or, more subtle (not our labelmaker), annoying use of emoji or zalgo or flags etc in display name.
