Menu popup items become inacessible in certain scrolling positions #5711

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to any feed, click on the Ellipsis button on any post
  2. Depending on the height of the button in relation to the screen, it fails to show on its entirety
  3. I have to click out, adjust scroll and try again to be able to access the item I want.
