Desktop webapp on Windows device with a touchscreen does not send message when enter buttton is pressed #5859

Steps to Reproduce

1) Click "Chat" button on the left of the screen 2) Click a conversation to open it or begin a new message 3) Type out a message 4) Enter key sends the message in MacOS or on a Windows 10 desktop without a touchscreen / Enter does not send the composed message on Windows device with a touchscreen

Web (Desktop), Microsoft Windows

Device Info

Thinkpad Yoga x390 running Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 [Firefox 131.0.3 (64-bit) and Microsoft Edge Version 130.0.2849.46 (Official build) (64-bit)] M1 Macbook Air running MacOS 14.6.1 [Firefox 131.0.3 (aarch64) and Safari Version 17.6 (19618.3.11.11.5)]

I was able to replicate this on another Windows device with a 10-point touchscreen (Asus Zen AiO Pro running Win 10 )
