Vietnamese Localization (Continued from #2524) #6564

Hi team, thank you for the good work. I've picked up the translation progress from @ManhNguyen98 in #2524 here, manually reviewed all previous translation, corrected a few, changed some for consistency, and most importantly added all the missing ones, as of 0e4f6717ce22fcfee8af74735ee5b45cbfe44257.

Would be extremely helpful for the vietnamese-speaking community if we can merge this some time soon. I've asked a few people in the community to review, but given the huge > 8000 LOC translation file, I expect few if any of them can review the PR in detail, especially difficult without the UI context.

Kudo to @ManhNguyen98 for the initiative.

P.s. while translating I referred to the Vietnamese localization from Twitter, Threads, Instagram, and Youtube.

It's a nice job! I believe this PR will help bring more people to join Bluesky.

BTW, could you please update src/components/hooks/dates.ts to include Vietnamese? This is a date localization-related component, and you can refer to the recently merged Polish translation (#6283) for the relevant changes.
