Enhance "mute" function so that muted accounts can still show up unmuted in lists they are a part of #6585

Describe the Feature

As a user wanting to avoid spoilers for my favorite TV shows, but still follow the accounts that I am interested in, I need a way for certain accounts to be muted in my main feed, while also still appearing unmuted in their designated list.

For example, right now I follow several reality TV podcasts and reporters. During a live episode, they will post on Bluesky. If I'm not watching at the same time as them, they'll spoil the episode for me. This sucks.

I have decided to mute all of those accounts and create a list called Reality TV. Unfortunately, when muting an account, it appears that it mutes them in all of your feeds. I still want them to show up in the list I've dedicated to all of their accounts.

There needs to be some setting to either mute on a per feed basis, or lists by default should always include all the accounts you have in them, muted or not.

Additional Context

The workaround right now is to add those accounts to a list but not actually follow them. This feels inconsiderate too because now their follower count isn't reflective of the fact that I'm interested in their posts.
