updated & added missing strings in FR locale

here's a rundown of what i did

• filled in every missing instance of msgstr while respecting #2425 wherever possible
  • i'm not fully aware of modifications made to keep french neutral/inclusive, so i haven't applied to verbs conjugated in passé composé
• replaced instances of "Pack de Démarrage" with "Kit de Démarrage", as the use of both of these terms simultaneously might cause confusion
• replaced instances of "Like" with "J'aime" or "Mention « J'aime »"
  • my reasoning is that the government of Québec is infamously strict about its french language charter, and bluesky using "Like" instead of a french equivalent may get bluesky in trouble. i also think that this sounds better in french than "Liké"
  • i thought of using "cœur", but "user a aimé votre post" is shorter than "user a mis un cœur sur votre post"
• replaced instances of "Fil d'actu « Following »" with "Fil des abonnements". i thought referring to it in english wasn't really necessary, and i think "fil des abonnements" makes more sense.

it's possible that some of my translations may be more inclined towards canadian french, as this is the french variant i'm more familiar with.

non-breaking spaces being reverted was a mishap on my end, my workflow was admittedly less than optimal for this and i think copy-pasting the contents straight from my text editor rather than sending the file itself overwrote all of the spaces
