Users blocked by deleted blocklists remain partially blocked #6650

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make a new moderation list on one account, and add any users
  2. Subscribe to the moderation list, and block the list on a second account
  3. Delete the moderation list
  4. Attempt to view a user that was previously on the blocklist's profile

IPhone 14 Pro, IOS version 18.0.1

What version of the app are you using?

Version 1.94.0.602

Additional Information

Unsure if this happens with manually deleted moderation lists or only ones that were removed by moderation, but this has effected me as one of the lists i subscribed to was used to target queer individuals, and ended up getting deleted at some point, leaving me stuck with this issue.
