Add some more realistic Tango devices, e.g. Sardana dummy motors
Advanced setting of values, waiting for the attribute to stop moving
Subscriptions, collecting some data asynchronously during a scan

During the last meeting we mostly got through the first bullet point.

Priority 1 for next meeting: being able to set a target position for a sardana motor and getting notified when it's done. Basic requirement for scanning.

Next steps:

[ ] @johanfforsberg and @danielballan coordinate with Hubertus to get a working software environment in his lab.
[ ] All of us meet again (week of December 6, tentatively) to try ophyd--tango on a motor and a simple detector.
